Privacy Policy

Data you give us

• Account: username, email address, phone number (if you verify one) and password. We store passwords only in hashed form, so no one can read them.
• Messages you send us, such as support requests and reports.
• Partners and creators: the USDT wallet address used for payouts. Creators also provide the identity and contract details needed for the Creator Agreement.

Data collected when you use the Service

• Age confirmation record: the time, IP address and device of your confirmation.
• Activity: series you watch and unlock, watch history, your list, Coin and VIP transactions, and orders.
• Device and log data: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages visited and error logs.
• Referral data: the invite link or code that brought you to us, and clicks on Partner links.
• Payments: order number, amount, currency, time and transaction ID. For USDT payments, also the sending wallet address and transaction hash. We do not receive or store card numbers.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, remember your language and age confirmation, and credit referrals to the right Partner. On musaheat.com we also use analytics and advertising measurement tools to count visits and measure campaigns. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

• To provide the Service: accounts, playback, unlocks, VIP, and syncing your history across devices.
• To process payments, refunds, and Partner and creator payouts.
• To keep the Service safe: age confirmation, fraud prevention, security and enforcing our Terms.
• To improve the Service and recommendations, and to understand which series and campaigns work.
• To contact you: verification codes, service messages and support replies. We send marketing messages only where allowed, and you can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in Brazil or the EU), we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests, legal obligations, and your consent for optional cookies and marketing.

• Service providers that run parts of the Service for us: hosting and storage, content delivery (CDN), email and SMS delivery, payment processing, and analytics. They may use the data only to provide their services to us.
• Partners: if you joined through a Partner's link, that Partner sees a masked version of your nickname and the amounts of purchases that earn them commission. They do not see your email, phone number or what you watch.
• Creators see viewing and revenue figures for their own series, not who watched.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or when needed to protect people's rights and safety.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganized or sold, under the terms of this policy.

We and our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. When we do, we use the safeguards required by applicable law.

• Account data: while your account is open. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize it within 30 days.
• Payment and order records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Age confirmation records, and records needed for safety or legal claims: for as long as needed for that purpose.
• Logs: for a limited period, for security.

Depending on where you live — including under Brazil's LGPD and the Philippines' Data Privacy Act — you can ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data; object to or restrict some uses; withdraw consent; and complain to your data protection authority.

To make a request, email [email protected] from your account email, or include your username. We may verify your identity first. We reply as soon as possible and within the time limits set by law.

To close your account and delete your data, email us — we will do it for you.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and two-step verification for administrator accounts. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.

The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete its data.

We will post updates here with a new date, and tell you about important changes in the app or by email.
