Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for adult content.
• You must not use the Service where viewing adult content is illegal.
• Before you enter, we ask you to confirm your age, and we record that confirmation (time, IP address and device).
• We may close any account that we believe belongs to someone under 18.

MUSAHEAT is a platform for adult short drama series made with AI.

• All stories and characters are fictional, and all characters are adults (18+).
• We do not allow content that shows a real, identifiable person, or anyone who appears to be under 18.
• Any resemblance to real people is coincidental.
• Some episodes are free. Others are unlocked with Coins or with a VIP plan.

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not sell, rent or transfer your account.
• If you sign up with a username only, we cannot recover the account unless you link an email address.
• You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

• Coins. Paid Coins are bought with money. Bonus Coins are given free, for example for daily check-in or joining activities. Coins unlock individual episodes. When you unlock an episode, Bonus Coins are used first. Bonus Coins from activities, such as check-in, tasks and invites, can expire; the expiry date is shown in your wallet.
• Coins are a license to use features of the Service. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money except as set out in our Refund Policy, and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Unlocked episodes stay available to your account for as long as we offer that series.
• VIP. A VIP plan unlocks every episode, including new releases, for the plan period (30, 90 or 365 days). VIP plans do not renew automatically.
• Prices are shown before you pay and include taxes. We currently accept USDT. If we add other payment methods, their terms will be shown at checkout.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

The Partner Program (shown in the app as "Agent") lets you share MUSAHEAT with your invite link or code and earn commission.

• Anyone with an account can join and earn commission at the basic rate. Buying the Annual VIP plan unlocks Official Agent status and higher rates.
• Commission is earned only from real purchases made by customers you refer. There is no fee to join the program. No commission is paid on Annual VIP plans.
• We do not promise any income. What you earn depends only on real purchases by the customers you refer.
• Commission is held for 7 days to cover refunds, and can then be withdrawn in USDT. Commission on refunded or charged-back orders is cancelled.
• Rates, levels and payout rules are shown in the Agent Center. If they change, the change applies to future orders, not to orders already made.
• Do not send spam, make misleading claims about MUSAHEAT or about earnings, or share content with anyone under 18 or in places where adult content is not allowed.
• We may withhold commission from purchases made with stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

Creators who publish series on MUSAHEAT sign a separate Creator Agreement covering content rules, revenue share and payouts. For creator matters, the Creator Agreement applies if it differs from these Terms.

You must not:

• download, record, copy or redistribute content, except through the sharing features we provide (such as posters, clips and links);
• share content with anyone under 18, or show it where adult content is not allowed;
• use bots, scrapers or other tools to get around locks, payments or limits;
• attack, overload or try to break into the Service;
• use the Service for anything illegal.

We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these rules. If we close your account for breaking these rules, unused Coins and remaining VIP time are not refunded.

The series, the MUSAHEAT name and logo, and our software belong to us, our creators or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to watch content for your own private, non-commercial use.

If you see content that breaks these rules — including content that seems to show someone under 18, shows a real person, or infringes your rights — email [email protected] with a link to the series. We review every report and remove content that breaks the rules. Reports about possible minors are handled first.

For a copyright claim, include your contact details, the work you own, a link to the content, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized and that your information is accurate.

We may change, pause or stop parts of the Service. We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you about important changes in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law. Terms that by their nature should continue — such as amounts owed, intellectual property and limitation of liability — remain in effect after an account is closed.

These Terms are available in several languages. If the translations differ, the English version prevails.
